Realistic, Flexible Global Standards

Although the principles and behaviors in the Global Standards are explicitly defined as a framework for our entire organization, they must be interpreted locally as dynamic guidelines. The Global Standards enable the flexibility required for each of our autonomous operating units to interpret and apply them in ways that best fit their needs. For each employee, the Global Standards take on different meaning, based on where that employee is in the leadership development process.
